Product descriptionTool for threading bushings. For the balance rail bushings this double-sided tool is a help. One side is a kind of tweezers, the other used for pressing. Take a 20 to 30cm strip of bushing cloth; introduce the tweezer part of the 'Bushing Duck' into the slot of the key chase; grasp cloth and pull it upwards out of the hole. The strip is pulled out just far enough to apply some glue and then pulled upwards flush with the slot. After inserting the wedge and trimming the felt, repeat procedure on the next key. If the felt thickness and bushing wedge is well chosen, only a little work is necessary to ease the keys after they have been re-installed.
